Customers can request a replacement of the same item if the original product they received was damaged, defective, or the incorrect product. Second, if you determine that you do not want the product, for whatever reason, (i.e. didn’t meet your expectations, adverse skin reaction) you can return the product for a full refund within 21 days of your purchase date.
The return process can be executed through the customers on-line account with Provence Cosmetics or by calling customer service. Customer service is available Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 6:00pm PST.
Returned items must contain at least 75% of their original amount of product and include all parts, pieces and printed material to be eligible for a refund.

Returns are at the sole discretion of Provence Cosmetics. To ensure that your returns are received by Provence Cosmetics, please make sure to add insurance to your parcel through your mail delivery service. Shipping and handling costs will not be reimbursed.
